“Your mom was loved by everybody. Whenever we got a chance we could come to Nyansakia and just hear your mom sing and invite us to her house.”
These words shared privately by a friend aptly sum up who my mother was. Inseparable from the Bible she loved to read and re-read so much through her early 90s when she could no longer read, mom’s love of God and family remained steadfast to the end.
Mom has now rested and leaves behind many children, grand children and great, great grandchildren who equally loved her.
We thank God for the long life she lived and look forward to the day we shall be reunited with her and other loved ones.
